We are delighted that Kieran Osborne, our co-Chair of Trustees, was awarded the OBE in the New Year Honours 2023 for his services to education.

Kieran’s teaching career, and career as a school leader, span over 40 years working across South London and leading schools in Croydon, Sutton and Bromley. He has also played an influential role in supporting other schools, leading and promoting collaboration within the education system and developing policy, locally, regionally and nationally. His career included being Principal at Hayes School, which is part of our Trust, for many years and as Chief Executive of small, local, academy trusts.

More recently, Kieran has been a constant and generous source of counsel and wise advice as co-Chair of our academy trust, which now consists of 7 primary and secondary schools. Our trustees are all volunteers and we are very grateful to Kieran and to all of our Trustees for giving up their time to provide us with expert challenge, support and advice as we strive to ensure an excellent education for every child in our Trust
