Our Trust Strategy 2025-2030

Our Trust Strategy sets out our vision and strategic priorities for the next five years.

Our strategy is -underpinned by our values of Ambition, Collaboration, Inclusion and Trust and sets out how we will achieve our Trust vision of “Together we will enable everyone to thrive”.

Our new vision and strategy were developed with extensive input from local governors, senior leaders and other stakeholders. The “everyone” in our Trust vision encompasses staff, pupils and our wider school communities.
