Staff Profiles

Jo was appointed as HR Manager in September 2024. Her responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high quality, effective and efficient HR support to all schools in the Trust. Jo also works very closely with the Director of Education to deliver specific parts of the Trust's People Strategy. Before joining IMAT, Jo worked at London South East Colleges and prior to that, at Imperial College London for 20 years. Jo has worked in HR for most of her career and is also a Governor at a local school near where she lives with her family.
