Rachel joined the Central Team in September 2024 as our Deputy HR Manager, she has HR experience working within a Bromley School as part of a Multi Academy Trust and within a University as part of a large HR team, she has a passion for HR and is committed to providing an excellent support to all schools within the Trust. Rachel is a member of the National Trust and enjoys walks with her family around the Kent countryside.
