Staff Profiles

Danielle's commitment to Education spans over 15 years across the Early Years, Primary and Secondary stages. She has worked in school improvement throughout this time by supporting schools, leaders and local authorities across London and Kent. She is passionate about supporting all stakeholders in the pursuit of excellence within schools and believes that all children have the right to succeed in an inclusive environment that nurtures them pastorally and academically. She is a specialist in inclusive practices, curriculum development, closing the gap for disadvantaged children and leadership development. She is committed to supporting the Impact Trust in delivering its vision and commitment to uncompromising aspirations for all of the pupils attending the schools within it. She is a dedicated partner and mother of 3 children who loves the arts, to travel and is passionate about advocating for the voice of the child, particularly those who are currently in care. She is currently the Chief Executive of the Cygnus Academies Trust, an academy trust of eight primary schools based in North Kent.
