As Hub Manager alongside Michelle Toner, I am passionate about fostering meaningful school-to-school collaboration and creating opportunities for schools to learn from one another. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is supporting schools through our Hub's CPD programme, which is carefully shaped by feedback from Hub school leaders to ensure it meets the evolving priorities of our schools. We are excited about the continued development of our Hub, including the creation of school clusters and specialist working party groups. These initiatives enable schools to share their experiences, collaborate on common challenges, and benefit from the wealth of expertise that exists across our Hub community. Before joining Challenge Partners, I was Head of Biology at Hayes School and previously an Advanced Skills Teacher (AST). I also continue to support Bromley Schools' Collegiate as an Assessment Only Route Assessor, helping to develop the next generation of teachers. Expanding my professional network beyond my own school and trust through my work with Challenge Partners has been incredibly rewarding. I feel privileged to help schools build strong connections, share effective practice, and develop a collaborative network that supports continuous improvement and better outcomes for all.
