Danielle was appointed Trust Careers Lead in September 2023 whilst working as a Careers Advisor at Langley Park School for Boys. Danielle has many years of experience working with young people, in both an education setting and as an employer, including students and young adults with SEND. Danielle is also owner of a small business that she runs in her spare time. Previous to working in education, Danielle spent 19 years working as an Associate Manager for global retailer Gap, recruiting, coaching and developing others. In her spare time, she enjoys being with family and friends, walking her dog and spending time outdoors.  Now a qualified Careers Advisor overseeing Langley Park School for Boys and Hayes School, Danelle is passionate about the future of young people and works in hope of a more inclusive society that celebrates and enables success in all forms. Danielle lives locally with her Husband and three daughters.
