Staff Profiles

Hayley started working for Langley Park School for Girls in November 2020 successfully transforming their Careers and Futures programme.  In September 2023, Hayley started working in a Trust Careers Lead capacity, overseeing the careers provision at Langley Park School for Girls, Ravens Wood School and our three primary schools.  Prior to working in education, Hayley was a recruiter for 20 years, leading and motivating teams and building strong relationships with her clients, many of whom she calls upon now to assist with work experience placements and to give careers talks to students interested in careers in their field. In her spare time, Hayley likes to spend time with her family, and can often be found supporting her two children on the sidelines of a football pitch, as well as playing netball herself. Hayley would welcome the opportunity to connect with any employers who may be able to offer opportunities of work experience or careers mentorship to students across the trust schools.
