Staff Profiles

Gregg has been Head of History and Politics at Ravens Wood for 7 years, he also oversees the school’s Oxbridge and Medicine Applicants’ Support Programme. Gregg has led the department in reviewing and refreshing the KS3 curriculum to make it: more inclusive; driven by the best disciplinary and pedagogical evidence; effective and impactful in its sequencing and resourcing. Gregg has a BA and MA in History, and he has completed his NPQSL, during which he focussed on developing literacy through vocabulary teaching. In his spare time, Gregg is a Chair of Governors and link governor for teaching and learning at a local secondary school.
